We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will notify you via email on the status and delivery carrier.
Shipping costs vary based on your location, but on average are around $5. Free shipping on all subscriptions.

What is collagen?
Collagen is a structural protein made up of amino acids, naturally found predominantly in the connective tissue of our bodies such as our skin, hair, muscles, bones and blood vessels.
Why do we need collagen?
As we age, the production of collagen in our body reduces and its quality is compromised. Other external factors such as UV radiation, high sugar intake or smoking, can further enhance collagen damage and reduce production. This causes the structural integrity of the skin to decline, resulting in wrinkles and weakened joint cartilage.
Supplementing the body with collagen is highly recommended to smoothen the skin, strengthen hair and nails and slow down the signs of aging.
How does collagen improve my skin, hair and nails?
To understand why collagen is important for our skin health, it’s first important to understand its function as a protein building block in our body. Specifically, the function of type I collagen. Type I Collagen is responsible for providing the structure to our skin, bones and teeth, tendons, fibrous cartilage and connective tissue - our skin and hair health is dependent on our body producing type I collagen.
As we age and reach well into our 20s, our collagen production and quality declines, affecting the health of our skin, hair and nails. This is when a collagen supplement becomes important to help the synthesis of collagen in the body and improve the health of our skin, hair and nails.
When should we start taking collagen supplements?
Although our body naturally produces collagen, this process starts to slow down once we reach 20 years of age, resulting in poorer skin quality, hair and nails. Supplementing the body with external sources of collagen becomes a way to maintain a healthy amount of collagen in the body skin and of course, fight signs of aging!
There are so many types of collagen! Which one is most beneficial to the skin?
While there are at least 16 types of collagen, there are only a few that our body consists of: Type I, II and III collagen. Type I collagen has been clinically-proven to specifically benefit our skin’s health and is usually made of bovine and marine sources.

What is VERISOL® hydrolyzed marine collagen peptide, and why is it better than bovine collagen?
Marine collagen is a type of collagen that is created from parts of fish like its scales, skin or bones. When hydrolyzed, its peptides are made more bioavailable to our body, easier to be broken down and absorbed.
Made from codfish, VERISOL® marine collagen peptides are developed, clinically tested and proven to have a ‘stimulatory effect on different collagen-containing parts of the human body and, as such, help to boost collagen production’. Proven to have positive effects on overall skin conditions, VERISOL® contributes to the reducing wrinkles or improving the skin morphology of cellulite-affected areas. These results have been demonstrated in several clinical trials during the last 10 years with nearly 500 study participants.
Bovine (beef) collagen on the other hand is sourced from cows (cow hide) and is typically present as type I and type III collagen. This means as a type III collagen, it better supports joint health and helps in the regeneration of healthy connective tissue in the cartilage.
When it comes to choosing the right type of collagen for your skin, hair and nail health, marine collagen is the most beneficial as it is almost exclusively made of type 1 collagen: proven results of improved skin, hair and nail health.
It’s my first time trying a collagen supplement. How much collagen should I be consuming?
2500mg intake per day of Verisol fish collagen is sufficient to see results from the first 4-6 weeks of use. Studies have shown that skin elasticity increases over the course of 8 weeks where visual appearance of skin cellulite reduces and nail growth increases. Overall, consuming collagen helps to improve skin hydration, elasticity, roughness and density.

If I am allergic to fish, can I consume Be Radiant?
VERISOL® does not contain shellfish or crustacean. However it is sourced from farmed fish and is not recommended for those who are allergic or sensitive to fish
There are so many collagen powders or pills, why liquid?
Apart from liquid being easier on your throat (no more scratchy or painful swallows of pills or lumpy bits of powders) and easier to consume on-the-go, we prioritized a liquid formula because it reduces the need for your body to dissolve pills, tablets or powders which lead to better absorption of nutrients by the body
