There's no better way to start off each morning than with a fresh smoothie chock-full of natural vitamins. You will feel revitalised, energetic, and ready to take on the day. Many spices provide excellent health benefits. For example, ginger is good for indigestion, and cinnamon and turmeric aid inflammation issues and hypertension.
To blend your super delicious, mega healthy drink, choose a liquid that has very little, if any, sugar. If you are using fruit juice, use only 100% pure juice with added calcium, if possible. Better choices include skimming, soy, or almond milk (all unflavoured), water, or green tea. No matter which liquid you pick, add one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for even more of a healthy boost.
